Pediatric Nursing

Pediatric Nursing is a specialized branch of nursing that focuses on the healthcare needs of infants, children, and adolescents. Pediatric nurses provide comprehensive care, including assessing and monitoring growth and development, administering medications, managing acute and chronic illnesses, and promoting health and preventive care. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create a child-friendly and supportive environment, educate families on health promotion and disease prevention, and advocate for the well-being of pediatric patients. With their specialized skills and compassion, pediatric nurses contribute to improving the health outcomes and overall quality of life for children and their families.
